Great experience and very reasonable pricing. John arrived on time even during a terrible blizzard. Since my piano is quite old and hadn’t been tuned for years, I wasn’t sure whether it was worth keeping and continuing to invest in maintenance. After checking it carefully, he honestly encouraged me to keep it if it’s mainly for the kids to learn and practice — I really appreciated his professional and thoughtful advice. He spent almost three hours tuning and doing pitch adjustments. Everything was clear and transparent, including the work explained and the quote provided. I truly respect his craftsmanship and professionalism. I’ll definitely reach out to him again for my next tuning.
